A little more info

Here is a little more information about the Christmas Sessions. I know it's crazy to think about Christmas in October but I am booked for the rest of the season so it's now or never. :)

The Christmas Set

I know there have been many of you asking about mini sessions. I am doing them a little different this year but am way behind doing this so thought I'd give you a peak of the set now so you can be thinking about what you'd like to wear.

Here is my Channing girl at 6 months old. I think this set could go dressy or casual. Either way,
it's simple and classic.

Just to get an idea, mini sessions will last around 30 minutes and will have a minimum order of $200. It seems like last year most people wanted these sessions for Christmas cards and Christmas gifts and we should get that accomplished in half an hour. Print prices will be slightly discounted and a large selection of cards will be offered to choose from.
If you are interested email me at stacia@staciacrafton.com.

Karli

It's all about Karli and do you not love this face?!?! She's got the biggest bluest eyes too. You'll have to scroll down to see those baby blues.

Karli's mom and I are good friends and Karli came to see me as a newborn and obviously it's been awhile since she was teeny tiny. I had seen Karli in the nursery at church the other day and told her mama she better bring her in before she started crawling. Of course, within the week she was a moving and grooving so that meant more of a workout for my friend Angie but we got some cute ones anyway.

Big brother Cager joined us for a few.

Karli had just about had enough by this picture but I couldn't resist little toes and I love that Cager is holding her hands even though you can't see him.

Thanks for coming in little one. I'll be looking forward to 1 year birthday pictures. I can't believe it's just around the corner!

A fun family

It's been awhile since I've seen this fun family. Last time I saw Graham he was just a little guy and Lainey wouldn't even look at me and let me take her pictures. This year we had a hard time getting Graham to stay still and Lainey smiled away at the camera because she was promised a princess dress if she did well. I would say she did well. What do you think? :)

I LOVE this face!

Remember I said that Graham was moving so much. That is the reason I have the buckets in the studio. It's the perfect place to put little ones. This cracks me up because Graham is happy but he really looks like we've quarantined him in the bucket.

Look at this stinker. We tried about 4 times to get his name in front of him and everytime we got it set up he moved the blocks.

Thanks for coming guys. Sorry it's taken so long to get you on the blog!

My good friend

My good friend Amanda came into town the other day. I was SO glad to see her and spend time with her and her kiddos. The best part about the day was that our children played really well together which makes it easier for us to catch up on things instead of putting out fires. Of course I told her that she needed to plan for picture time so we did have a session with my children attempting to get hers to smile. Ughh! It made me realize why I send my children away while I have sessions.

Anyway, I know you are really here to see pictures so here you go. Ty has the exact same birthday as my Linden and what a character two year olds are. I caught so many expressions but was one of my favorites. What a funny boy!

Elise might be one of the sweetest little girls you've ever met. Just look at her little innocent expression.

This right here is the perfect example of the difference between girls and boys. I think I told the kids to hug their mama and look at the sweet gentle hug Elise is giving Amanda. Ty on the other hand is holding on like a little monkey. I can totally relate. I have two monkey's of my own. :)

Thanks for coming and spending the day with me Amanda. Don't wait so long before you come again!

Brothers

Meet these sweet brothers, Cortland and Hudson. Of course I'm a little partial to brothers because I've got a pair of little boys just like this. What fun they are. Full of energy and their mom....fabulous! That woman handles her boys well. Sometimes you can just tell the moms who were meant to have boys and she is one of them.

I think my Hadley loves football but these guys have no choice as their dad is a football coach. Don't you just LOVE the expression on Hudson's face? He wanted to look tough and cool. After this we tried to get him to smile but he wanted to make sure we had gotten a cool picture first.

We had a quick outfit change into Batman pajamas and their mama told them to show their muscles. Aren't they strong? :)

Cooper

This is our buddy Cooper. Hadley prays for this little guy every night. His newborn pictures were taken the 3 days after he was born and isn't he just perfectly plump. This little guy weighed in at over 9 lbs when he was born.

Cooper has two big brothers who did not come to his photo session so we could focus on just him and I've decided he really looks like Lincoln in this picture. It's so fun to see how siblings look alike.

And I can't forget one of mom and dad with Cooper. Aren't they fabulous for baby BOY number 3!!

In a house full of boys we can't forget one with sports equipment. He is destined to throw balls and play tackle football from the moment he starts to move.

We are so glad to finally get to meet you Cooper. We look forward to lots of years playing together.

I'd been doing so well...

I felt like I'd been keeping up with my blog pretty well but then vacation happened. Elise was way overdue for her turn on the blog.

This was Elise's "newborn" session. I normally take newborn portraits during the first 2 weeks but this was the earliest I could get Elise in. I've decided that she quite possibly has the most beautiful lips and her hair is to die for. If only Channing had that hair I could put bows galore in it. :)
Big sister Chloe came along with Elise. She played peek-a-boo with me for awhile and we of course attempted sister pictures but it's not always easy to capture a toddler with a newborn.

Patiently waiting

Jackson has been patiently waiting to make his second appearance on my blog. He is my first Baby Club member and this is what we will call his sitting up appointment. I like to capture Baby Clubbers at newborn/baby stage, sitting up but not crawling and standing but not walking. I wouldn't say that Jackson was sitting but not crawling because this little one was moving and grooving pretty good which just means more of a workout for his mama. :)

Anyway, do you see his precious smile? He is looking at Daddy who also came to the session. Daddy can for sure put a smile on his face.
